No way a cleaning company as all 5 star reviews. This one does. They clean my personal house, my short term rental, and my commercial property. Best in Galveston. You can't be perfect all the time but reacting with a sense of urgency when something goes wrong is turning into a unique trait. Galveston 7 day clean has it.

After trying 6 different cleaners for my short-term rental over the past three years, I have finally found my dream cleaning team with Galveston 7 Day Cleaning. They are TRUE professionals. They not only make my STR sparkling clean EVERYWHERE but also artistically organize the house without me asking for it. And they do it fast! After their first couple of cleanings, I was curious how come they were so much better than my previous cleaners and myself (I occasionally clean my own STR when my cleaners are not available), so I watched them cleaning and understood it immediately. First, their cleaners are well-trained, efficient with teamwork, and do not cut corners. Second, they use top-of-the-line equipment (e.g. vacuum), cleaning products, and supplies. Third, they have the best communication and organizing mechanisms in place. Last but not least, the owners/managers are engaging, responsive, responsible, and understanding. I am very hands-on with my STR. Everything I communicate with the owner/managers can be delivered to the cleaning team in real-time and executed flawlessly.
